Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
Return Process: Contact us at support@sanwefoods.com or call +91-99301815182 with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to our error.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Report damages within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
